Teal Wicks is Personality of the Year 2010


After a three-weeks intense poll, you guys had chosen Teal Wicks as your new Wicked Personality of the Year 2010.

This American singer and stage actress, best known for her performance of Elphaba in the San Francisco and Los Angeles productions of the musical Wicked and to reprise that role next January in Broadway, has been awarded after winning the poll with over 20,000 votes (42%).

Second place was for Felicia Ricci (@feliciaricci) with an amazing 12,900 votes (27%) and in third came Dee Roscioli with over 6,000 votes (13%).

It truly seems Elphabas are more Popular than Glindas

Then, Rachel Tucker, Kendra Kassebaum, Nicolas Dromard, Lousie Dearman, Eden Espinosa, Patrice Tipoki and Ethai Benshlomo in that order.

Willemijn Verkaik Favourite Elphaba


The results from the “Poll of the Month” just came in.

Thank you all for voting. If it wasn’t for you guys we wouldn’t have been able to achieve a total of 16.500 votes.

So with no further due the winner is: Willemijn Verkaik with over 50% of the votes. Dutch-leading Elpahaba in the Oberhausen prodution of Wicked, gets the award of “Favourite Elphaba Currently performing”.

Second place was for Rachel Tucker – current Elphaba in West End Production of Wicked with 32% of the votes.  Third place went to Jemma Rix  from the Aussie Wicked with 14 per cent.

San Francisco Favourite Production of Wicked


The results from the “Poll of the Month” just came in.

With an amazing record of 2.000 votes the poll is close And the winner is: SAN FRANCISCO With over 35% of the votes and gets the award of “Favourite Production of Wicked”.

Second place was for Oberhausen (Germany) with an amazing poll grabbing 27% of the votes. Surprisingly third place went to Second National Tour with 21%.

Australia came in fourth place followed by Broadway, Los Angeles, First National Tour, Chicago and Osaka in that order.
